Inmates Arrested After Florence Prison Escape Contact in Buffalo
Four Arizona State Prison inmates fled Florence Jan 1 and, after a long manhunt, two were arrested in Buffalo on Jan 27 for robbing a downtown Buffalo man. Names given by the suspects included Jorgenson Benfield and false IDs. Police traced fingerprints and an Erie County holding center detainer was issued for further proceedings.
