Chaparral students explore primitive culture in drama project
Chaparral High School staged an interdisciplinary humanities experiment to reenact human cultural evolution from chaos to civilization. Twenty students used music mime and improvised language while wearing foil and plaster masks, guided by writers from the Arizona Commission on the Arts and Humanities and Chaparral boosters.
