A three man board of Valley administrators will interview about 15 candidates for Scottsdale police chief next Friday. The oral board includes Charles Thomas Phoenix chief, Major Thomas Mildebrandt Arizona Highway Patrol, and Stanley Van de Putte Glendale city manager.
