McCulloch Properties Criticized Over Fountain Hills Grading
A Maricopa County Planning Commission member condemned Mc Culloch Properties for grading work at the Fountain Hills development northeast of Scottsdale. Commissioner Jerry Skousen called it an open pit and urged permits. The panel approved five preliminary plats 6-1 with Skousen dissenting, and urged planning consultation before further grading.
