Mercado Verde final building opens with five screen theater
The Mercado Verde project completes Scottsdale Mall construction with a five screen United Artists theater opening Dec 17. A 21 000 square foot retail structure hosts about two dozen shops and dining spots, with nine tenants already leased and more to follow by spring. The complex began in 1970 and construction ran from 1973 to 1974.
