Glenn Oil Company Hearing Set Today
The Arizona Corporation Commission scheduled a 10 o’clock hearing for Glenn Oil Company officials to show cause why the firm should not be placed in receivership. The firm, drilling a test well 24 miles northwest of Scottsdale, had books and records subpoenaed. The commission alleges assets do not equal liabilities and stockholders’ interests are endangered. This is the second hearing after stockholders complained of mismanagement at the first test site.
