AP Business Analyst John Cunniff reports Albert Sindlinger and professor Charles Killingsworth challenge government unemployment data. They cite long‑running agreement with official figures until April and claim definitions and programs like Public Service Employment and College Work-Study have kept counts understated, suggesting the rate could exceed 9.2 percent or 10.6 percent by different criteria.
