A Scottsdale company Aware Systems Inc markets the AWARE device to measure and record driving errors. It uses a buzzer when excessive g forces occur in harsh braking, cornering or fast starts to motivate better driving. Two models cost 300 and 500 dollars with single or dual readouts, plus a planned consumer version at 60 to 80 dollars.
