Scottsdale Red Cross elects new leaders for Scottsdale branch
Irv Leon was elected chairman of the Scottsdale branch of the American Red Cross at a meeting Saturday December 19 at the Community Center. Elected with him were John Jennings vice chairman Mrs Harlan Albany secretary and Mrs Charles F Cox treasurer. New board members include Mrs John Maas who will chair the Junior Red Cross. The group plans to discuss services and future plans at a January meeting at the Community Center inviting public and organizational representatives. Mr and Mrs Jon J Cook of Santa Cruz California are in Scottsdale to resell their residence court to Mr and Mrs Earl Shirley who plan additional units and renovations.
