Scottsdale police booked three motorists for drinking under the influence. John Patrick O'Shea of Livingston Montana was found staggering near Brown and Main and jailed for the night. Harvey Clyde Foster of Hubbard Texas was found drunk in the front seat of a parked car near 3205 North WOth Street.
