Scottsdale Annexation Ordinance Declares Emergency
The Town of Scottsdale passes Ordinance No. 20 annexing contiguous territory to the city limits. It declares an emergency and grants the mayor and council authority to extend municipal boundaries, adopt the official map, and vest roads and alleys within the annexed area in Scottsdale. The measure takes effect upon final passage and publication.
