Arizona civil defense tests show strong civilian military cooperation
In an eight state 40 hour CPX August 1 to 17 Arizona civil defense officials led by Col. Quinten Co Harvey reported effective handling of simulated emergencies. Fort Huachuca played a pivotal role with accurate military response and interagency coordination across civilian and military actions.
