Liquor License Suspended For 15 Days At Wallbanger's
The State Liquor Department suspended Harvey Wallbanger's liquor license for 15 days starting Thursday after the owners failed to file a license transfer application when the bar was sold. An August transfer request was denied by the liquor superintendent and the liquor board. Wallbanger's is appealing the denial to Maricopa County Superior Court.
