The Hogan at 113 North Brown Avenue, formerly Vic n Eddie s cafe, reopened Monday after repainting and redecorating. New owners D A White and J O Pilcher plan to run the business and keep it as a breakfast lunch and dinner spot and Kiwanis club headquarters. White and Pilcher bring local ties and families to the Scottsdale area.
The Camelback Junior Women's Club schedules a luncheon bridge and canasta on Wednesday August 23 at 12 30 p.m. at Arigona Manor 2390 East Camelback. Mrs James Stit and John Trent lead arrangements.
Applications for the Kaibab North Special deer hunt are available at Al Lindsey Insurance Agency East Main Street. Two hunts run October 7 through 22 and October 27 through November 12. Permits issued on a first come basis until the section fills. Try Scottsdale stores first.
