Police Friday arrested Robert F. Cota 39 of 508 N 72nd Pl on charges of failing to register as an ex convict and operating a security agency without a license. He was released on 150 dollar bond and faces arraignment in city court Wednesday. Cota, paroled in 1947, served part of an 18 month Federal sentence in Petersburg Virginia as an accomplice in interstate transportation of an auto. He works as a watchdog and security service operator in the area.
