McCulloch Plans 26 000-Square-Foot Lex Fountain Hills Center
McCulloch Properties Inc will build a 26 000 square foot shopping center at Fountain Hills on La Montana Drive and Palisades Boulevard with Mardian Construction Co as contractor and Lou Roth as architect. The $740 000 project includes four buildings and a 4500 square foot auditorium and theater, targeted for completion in January 1974 with a February grand opening.
