The Evening Light Crusade for Christ Inc of Phoenix is under investigation for bond sales. Three $1,000 bonds were issued before formal incorporation last December by Rudin, Hunt, and Wall. Investigators say sales literature claimed SEC regulation and bank-backed profit, which Keller says is inaccurate.

Visitor at Valley Ho reports wallet theft
A guest at the Valley Ho hotel on 350 West Main says a burglar slipped the room lock and took his wallet belt and cash totaling 113 dollars between 11:30 p.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday. Two other guests reported burglaries the day before.

Yuma Girl Injured in Scottsdale Traffic Crash
A 19 year old Yuma woman Pam Messenger was slightly injured when her car failed to yield while turning left onto Scottsdale Road from Thomas Road. Roy Francis a 24 year old from 8156 E Whitton drove a station wagon that struck Messenger. Messenger was treated and released from Scottsdale Baptist Hospital and cited by police.

Nixon vows protected reconnaissance flights over Korean coast

Extension classes to end for summer in Phoenix area
Mesa Community College will not offer summer classes. Students may attend Mesa or Phoenix junior colleges or Arizona State University.
