Commemorative stamps issued for collective bargaining and Mariner 10 mission
The U S Postal Service releases a 10 cent stamp honoring collective bargaining as a labor management stabilizer designed by Robert Hallock in blue red and purple. Papua New Guinea issues a four stamp set featuring coastal canoes. A second 1975 commemorative marks the Mariner 10 Venus and Mercury missions with Pasadena first day ceremonies and 10 cent stamps.
