Real Estate Syndication Institute Offers Advanced Course

The Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute affiliated with the National Association of Realtors announces Advanced Techniques in Real Estate Syndication, Course II, to be held May 10 to 14 in Scottsdale. Prerequisites include completing Course I or passing its exam. Fees are 295 for members, 320 for Special Subscribers, and 345 for non members.
