Raleigh N C Sept 6 Capital Stock Tax forms are being mailed from the Internal Revenue office in Raleigh to 4000 corporations in the Eastern District. Forms must be sworn and returned by September 30. The rule now requires all corporations that filed income tax returns to also file capital stock tax returns, regardless of stock value. Tax is 50 cents per $1000 of stock value above a $99000 exemption.
