Summer reading program ends with prizes awarded
The Sorosis Study Club sponsored the Community Achievement program ending August 25. Forty six youngsters from kindergarten to 3rd grade attended the story hour on Wednesdays. Prizes went to perfect attendance Dougie Swanson Lonnie Swanson Susan Baker and for missing one time Carla Garst Mark Bennett Jerry Swanson. Sixteen participated in the reading program with Nancy Larson 25 books Kristine Freed 17 books Jane Ann Aspegren 15 books Gene Mahan eight books and Richard Sandell seven books.
