Local residents gather for visits and church events
Union residents hosted and visited many neighbors including the Hall Persingers and Mikesells. Reports note heavy riverwaters and multiple social calls, with Bible School planned at Yagadones starting May 20 for ten days and twelve teachers. A farming accident injured a man at Concordia and several families helped with chores and sales, while rain restored crops.
