In the probate court of Re Mary E Gile deceased creditors heirs and others are notified that on April 13 1956 Richard C Gile was appointed as executor. Letters testamentary were issued April 18 1956. Free Emery is attorney for the executor.
In the matter of John Carlson deceased the Kansas court grants Letters of Administration to Wesler Boyles as administrator. Creditors and heirs must present demands within nine months from May 10, 1956, or be barred. Signed May 4, 1956. Frank G. Spurney attorney for administrator.

Grace June Moe nee Bell born January 19, 1876 in Hebron Nebraska died April 30 1956 at home near Scandia at age 80 years 3 months 11 days. She married Albert Moe 1898 and taught in Kackley and Little Brick schools. Survived by husband four children Paul William Russell Katherine. Funeral at Amana Lutheran Church May 2 conducted by Rev N H Pearson. Burial Riverview cemetery. Bachelor Faulkner Dart in charge.
