Boosters Club Forms to Boost Town in Kansas
The Boosters Club votes to become a permanent body with officers Pres. S W Grubb Vice Pres A R Morey Sec and Treas T J West and committees on constitution bylaws and membership. The group aims to promote business social events and civic unity to make the town the best in northern Kansas.

Surprise party for Mrs. Kailman noted by Scandia kin
Last Monday evening Mrs. P Kailman hosted a surprise party with her sons and daughter and their families arriving in turn from areas near and far. Guests included Mr. and Mrs. Ed Kallman Eugene Nelson and Alfred Kallman with families. The event ended at midnight as plans shifted for upcoming travels.
