Scandia Adopts Comprehensive Traffic Ordinance 193
The city council of Scandia enacts Traffic Ordinance No. 193 detailing rules of the road including passing, speeds, signals, stopping, and penalties. It defines drivers, vehicles and equipment requirements, right of way for emergency vehicles, parking limits, and enforcement with fines up to 100 dollars or jail. The ordinance takes effect after publication.
