War Savings Meetings Scheduled Across Republic County
A 1918 notice announces June 28 War Savings meetings in Republic County to raise 348 940 from local subscriptions. Each school district gets a quota to be met at the district meeting in the schoolhouse, with banks and post offices as purchase points.
