Overflow Bridges Near Completion On County Road Project
The five overflow bridges between mile corner west of the Republican river bridge and Hause hill near completion. Only a small amount of concrete remains for railing and cleanup. D. G. Hansen Construction Co. won the October bid of 54 995.95 and began November first. Each bridge is 91 feet with three spans and steel piling supports bed rock. Traffic will resume over the road strip once the state accepts the work and gravel is spread.
