Miller Found Guilty in Prohibitory Liquor Trial
Wm. Miller was found guilty on two counts after a week long trial for selling intoxicating liquor and maintaining a nuisance. The jury returned a sealed verdict Sunday. appeal was noted with bond set at four hundred dollars. Sentence imposed a two hundred dollar fine and sixty days in jail plus trial costs.
