Controlling Plant Diseases and Feed Protein for Cows
One of the most profitable resolutions for the new year is to control plant diseases. Determine how and when to combat disease with seed treatment, disease-free seed, clean hot beds, and crop rotation. For cows, ordinary farm grains plus alfalfa hay meet protein needs for low to medium producers, while high producers require more varied, higher protein grain. Dressed chickens and turkeys make acceptable Christmas presents and can be shipped safely coast to coast.
