Christmas pardons granted to two four term inmates in Jefferson City. Frank Byron, from Buchanan County, imprisoned since July 1875 for first degree murder, and Fritz House from Franklin County, sentenced December 1881 for twenty years for second degree murder, were released to yard liberty and extra meals yesterday.
