A former Brown county pupil now living in Florida sent Mr. Kreitzer a gift box containing grapefruit oranges and tangerines. County commissioners reduced road work prices at their last meeting: 25 cents per hour for a single hand 37 1/2 cents with man and team and 50 cents for man and two teams. Mr and Mrs John P Nelson of Kansas City visited Christmas with Mrs Nelson’s parents in town. Mrs Nelson will stay another week while Mr Johnson returned to Kansas City.
