Broken Heart and Suit Against Gillette In Missouri Case

Miss Linetta Topliff of Missouri sues Wm. P. Gillette of Osborne county Kansas in federal court for breach of promise claiming 10000 dollars for breach of engagement from January 1, 1901. The suit notes prior failed breach suits in twenty years and alleges the defendant later intended to marry Maggie Eckler on November 1, 1902. The Topeka State Journal lists attorneys G. W.
