About 200 spectators watched Scandia defeat Belleville 23 to 7. Keene and Larson starred in pitching and Scandia’s batting fueled the win while Hamilton struggled. Bennett, Larson, Nystrom and Dolson led Belleville’s hits. Umpire Brown called the game.

The filing requests allowance of services and attorneys fees and discharge of sureties. Signatures of witnesses and executrix appear with date August 6, 1901.
