Fallout from Russia tests expected to rise in Florida

Radioactive fallout from Russia's nuclear tests may increase in Florida but not to dangerous levels. The State Board of Health devices show no rise yet. Dr. Edwin G Williams, head of radiological and occupational health, says detections should occur but public health significance is unlikely.
