A preliminary hearing is set tonight in justice of the peace court for 17 year old Gunther J. Bachmann of Germany and 18 year old Ernest J. Harrison of Tampa. They are charged with robbing Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin C. Clark on May 18 near 1272 Third St. Harrison struck Clark and Bachmann seized the purse. After a week both were captured. Harrison was found tampering with a patrol car. Police say Bachmann signed a confession detailing the robbery. The hearing will decide if they should be bound over to circuit court for trial.
