Robert Webster, 33, who gave up U.S. citizenship in 1959 to live in the Soviet Union, has returned to Zelienople Pennsylvania disillusioned and seeking work. He left behind his wife and two children and hopes to undo what he calls a mistake while awaiting possible U.S. citizenship pathways.
