Cape Canaveral reports final checks on a 265 pound weather satellite to be sent into a 400 mile high orbit this week as part of three July space shots. The Tiros II infrared observatory rides in a Douglas Thor Delta rocket with cameras to photograph hurricane activity from orbit.
