Early spring storms hit the Southeast with downed trees, hail, and tornadoes in northern Alabama near Altoona causing about 50 000 dollars in damage. A tornado in Altoona, plus 27 injuries and a death in Texas, drive multi state losses into the millions.
The Sarasota Choral Society presents The Crucifixion and the final showing of the Fourteen Stations of the Cross on Good Friday at 8 p.m. in the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer.
