An act acknowledges Seaborn Gregory O Neal aged eighty one as a Florida citizen for over twenty five years and grants him a pension. He enlisted in June eighteen sixty one in Company I thirty ninth Mississippi and was discharged from hospital in Macon Georgia in eighteen sixty five. More than fifty five years have elapsed.
