Territorial Miners Meeting in Albuquerque on Sept 27 1888

Members of the United Miners of New Mexico will meet in Albuquerque on Thursday September 27 at 10 a m at the drive of Hon E L Stover near the depot to discuss organization and a Territorial Mineral Exhibition next winter at Socorro All interested are urged to attend representatives from each county requested. Also takeaway notice to leave orders for pinon cord wood for winter at Abe Golds.

An analysis of over 6,000 scarlet fever cases shows liability is low in infancy, peaks in the fourth or fifth year, and declines with age. Severity is highest in the first two years, then lessens yearly through adolescence. Females are likelier after infancy, but male attacks are more fatal.
