County develops jobs under CETA in Bonner County

Bonner County agencies with Bob Sullivan regional CETA II director for Idaho's north counties are creating about 23 CETA II jobs. The $203000 state allocation funds the positions, approved by the Idaho Department of Employment before filling can begin, with potential start as early as Oct 1 or Oct 15 depending on approvals.

Zoning Hearing Tonight on New Commercial Neighborhood Zone

A public hearing is set for 8 p.m. in Sandpoint City Hall Council chambers to consider a Commercial Neighborhood zoning ordinance.
