State Line gambling sweep nets 9 arrests near Kon Tiki
Kootenai County sheriff officers arrested eight others with Terry Pederson 38 of Coeur d'Alene after a dawn raid near the Kon Tiki nightclub. Three gambling tables and more than 21 games were found as 14 officers converged on the State Line site about 2 am Tuesday. Pederson posted a $500 bond along with several others. The sheriff noted prior complaints and expected more arrests as witnesses cooperate.

Andrus Calls for Idaho National Park Expansion
