Andrus To Join Senior Citizens For Luncheon
The Sandpoint Senior Citizens will hold their monthly meeting on September 21 at the Community Hall with Governor Cecil Andrus joining for a pot luck luncheon. Mayor Les Brown grants lawn parking for that day only, entrance from Superior street and through the alley, followed by the usual business meeting and program.

The September meeting at Mrs. Terry Holste’s home named officers for 1973 74. President Terry Holste Vice President Larry Stevens Recording Secretary Les Rogers Treasurer Joe Anderson Corres Secretary Robert Fisher Rogers is a charter member and past president. The club, founded in 1955, supports civic cultural educational and welfare projects in the community. It is part of Idaho Federation of Women’s Clubs and General Federation of Women’s Clubs with over 11 million members worldwide. Meetings are the first Tuesday monthly at 7:30 p.m. and women 18 to 35 are invited to join.
