Sandpoint High School varsity women's volleyball finished the season with two wins and a loss. They defeated Kootenai 15 0 15 3 behind Janet Snedden's 12 points in the opening game. They then fell to Coeur d Alene in three games 6 15 15 11 10 15. Coeur d Alene and Lakeland shared first place. Sandpoint took second in the league. Coach Pat Smith expressed hope for an easier semi final path in the district tournament in Coeur d Alene.
