Forester Paul F Barker, long based at Kaniksu National Forest since 1966, is promoted and transferred to Los Padres National Forest in California. He will serve as Assistant Forest Supervisor with long range planning duties. transfer effective December 10. Barker, a Fargo North Dakota native, earned forestry degree from the University of Idaho and served in the US Army 1958 to 1960.
