City Involved In Remodeling Community Hall In Sandpoint
City parks superintendent Bob Linsday outlines a plan to overhaul the Sandpoint Community Hall with a county partnership. He seeks to partition the Chamber of Commerce Office, remodel the Scout Room, redress the main hall floor, varnish logs, and improve lighting while noting no formal remodeling approval yet. Schweitzer Opens With Snow After Heavy Wake
Schweitzer Basin will operate chairs 1 2 and 3 Thursday through Sunday as two feet of snow at the lodge and over 40 inches at the summit. Lift tickets are seven dollars for each day, and snow conditions are good with new snowfall reported today. Area manager Sam Wormington announced the plan.
