New Proprietors Take Over ARCO Station in Sandpoint
New proprietors Gordon and Norma Chrastil now run the First Avenue ARCO station offering full and self service. Self-serve saves customers three cents per gallon and includes an oil check and windshield clean. The couple, former General Motors employee, plans tune ups and a well equipped shop while inviting youth groups for fund raising car washes. They moved to Sandpoint in January with three dogs and welcome neighbors for friendship or business.
