Three More Budgets Set For Separate State Departments
The Joint Finance Committee approved three additional budgets for fiscal 1972, including 127 341 out of 332 and 421 000 out of 497 768 for Administrative Services and Build Services, plus 119 231 for Communications. The Administrative Services figure exceeded the initial allotment, funding a campus specialist and reporting services previously run by Management Services, which was phased out. Rep. Jenkin Palmer notes this shifts names and functions rather than adding new funds.
