State Heads Rap Travel Red Tape
Idaho department directors objected to increased travel regulations at a Monday hearing. Officials argued for departmental control and praised in person meetings, while others urged simpler rules and limited pre travel approval. The session aimed to produce workable regulations for out of state travel. In Washington the House prepared to vote on overriding President Nixon s veto of a 1.5 billion hospital construction bill.
