Graveside rites for Gladys Irva Jacobus aged 86 set for June 4 at Pinecrest Memorial Park with Rev. James E. Doak presiding. She died May 28 in California and is survived by daughter Mrs. Paul Knight of San Francisco. William L. Goodwin, 72, to be buried at Pack River Cemetery after funeral June 7 at Moon Chapel with Bishop Earl Noble officiating. He died June 3 in Bonner General Hospital and leaves a wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings, and other relatives. Adolph Swab, 82, a longtime Bonner County resident, died June 2 in Spokane Veterans Hospital. Services June 5 at Moon Chapel with interment at Pinecrest Memorial Park. He is survived by wife Edna C. Westerman, three daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a brother. a son Lloyd predeceased him. Charles Wigton of the Christian Church to officiate June 5 services at Moon Chapel for his funeral. interment at Pinecrest Memorial Park.

A second medium large black and white terrier mix female was found June 4 at 8 a.m. at North Ella and Spruce and may be claimed by calling the same number. if unclaimed by June 7 it will be disposed of.

Explorer Post Plans Dinner To Fund Summer Activity

Explorer Post 117 will host a dinner Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Community Hall in Sandpoint to raise funds for this summer's Super Activity. Larry Hurlbert says tickets, available in advance, cost and sales are behind goal with $175 still needed of $200. Donations from individuals or groups are welcomed.
